Cashmere is a three storey executive residence with the lower storey being home theatre and garage dug into the side of a hill. Above that is the ultra modern kitchen and living areas which all have polished floors. The top level houses the bedrooms and bathrooms, all sumptuously fitted out.

One of the main features of the house is the soaring roof over the deck and the steelwork to support both.
Another unique feature are the large metal clad "wing-like" eaves to the house.
Generally, above the lower level which is blockwork, the upper levels are lightweight construction using a mixture of timber, steel and fibre cement cladding.
